Agave Homes is a boutique builder devoted to crafting refined, modern residences that belong to the landscape around them. Founded with a vision of creating homes that feel both timeless and contemporary, Agave focuses on designing exceptional living spaces within the breathtaking setting of British Columbia’s South Okanagan.
Penticton stands among Canada’s most remarkable places to live and is steadily earning international recognition. Set between two lakes in the heart of the South Okanagan, the region enjoys one of the warmest and sunniest climates in the country. Residents spend their days on the water, exploring mountain trails, cycling vineyard roads, or discovering more than 300 wineries within a short drive. In winter, Apex Mountain Resort, just 40 minutes away, transforms the region into a destination for downhill and cross-country skiing.

At Agave Homes, we design and build every home as if it were our own and we are on-site daily. Every detail, from selecting premium properties to designing each home to maximize views, privacy, and daily functionality, is given the utmost attention.
As a boutique home builder, we believe the quality of a home is not always measured by its square footage, but by its quality per square foot.
